My journey update


ok,guys, so i’m doing a bit of a change. I am ending the 30 day challenge becouse I’m not up to writing each day.
Instead, focusing on that september is national invisible illness awareness, i will be featuring personal stories of coping with chronic illness, along with my regular posts.
I will also feature links so you can learn more about the disorder that the person has.

Today was a day of celebration for me. After battling multiple medical issues for over a year now. I finally attended my first Zumba class. It was such an amazing feeling to be able to dance again. You don’t realize how important it is to take care of yourself until you lose something you loved so much!! I have made many sacrifices throughout my journey. Such as extreme diet changes of no sugar, gluten or processed foods. Going on and off multiple different supplements. Even to the point where I am taking a supplement called Slippery elm which taste like tree bark. Yes it’s literally bark from a tree!! It’s amazing how each of these supplements have healed me. I owe it all to my amazing naturopathic Dr Orona!! She has given me my life back.
